Yes. Upload 10 seconds to 5 minutes of one person speaking clearly and the video is spoken in that voice.

What if I don't like a picture or a clip?

Open the video in the editor: draw any picture again free (30 free redraws), make a clip again for 0.25 credit, and the video is put together again.

What if a video fails?

Credits are held when you order and settled to the finished length. A video that fails gives them all back.
